12. How does the Proxy Purchase process work?

Step 1 — Submit Your Request

Go to “Proxy Purchase” and submit the product link, quantity, size, color, and other necessary information.

Step 2 — Receive a Quote

TCS Global reviews your request and provides a quote including the product price, taxes, proxy purchase fee, domestic shipping (if applicable), and other related costs.

Step 3 — Confirm & Pay

Review the order details, confirm your order, and make the payment according to the instructions on our website.

Step 4 — We Purchase the Product

TCS Global purchases the product on your behalf and tracks the order until it arrives at our warehouse.

Step 5 — Product Confirmation

TCS Global will send you product photos so you can review and confirm the order before it is shipped to Vietnam.

Step 6 — Pay the Shipping Fee

TCS Global will provide a shipping receipt for you to complete the shipping payment.

Step 7 — Ship to Vietnam

Your package will be packed and shipped to Vietnam.
