1. How many flights does TCS Global have each week?

TCS Global operates 4 flights per week, departing every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

2. How long will it take to receive my package?

Estimated delivery time: - Saigon/ Ho Chi Minh City: 5–10 days - Other provinces/cities: 10–14 days Delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions and other factors.

3. Can I change the recipient information after my package has been shipped?

4. What is a Tracking Number? Where can I find it?

A Tracking Number is the unique number used to track your shipment. You can find your Tracking Number at the top-right corner of your shipping receipt.

5. What payment methods are available?

- In Vietnam: You can pay by credit card through the TCS Global website by selecting “Shipping Payment.” - In the U.S.: You can pay via Zelle, Venmo, or Wire Transfer to the TCS Global account.

6. Where can I check my shipment status?

Go to “Order & Shipping Tracking” → “Package Status”, then enter your Tracking Number.

7. I live in another U.S. state. Can I still ship to Vietnam through TCS Global?

Yes! Go to “Create Shipping Label” → “Ship to Vietnam” and enter the sender, recipient, and package information. TCS Global will send the Shipping Label (PDF) to your email and TCS Global account.

8. Does TCS Global offer domestic shipping within the U.S.?

Yes! Go to “Create Shipping Label” → “Domestic Shipping”, then enter the sender, recipient, and package information. TCS Global will send the Shipping Label to your email and TCS Global account.

9. I purchased an item online and had it shipped to the TCS Global warehouse. How can I know whether the warehouse has received my package yet?

Go to “Order & Shipping Tracking” → “Warehouse Receiving”, then enter your Tracking Number to check the status.

10. What is the Proxy Purchase Service?

Our Proxy Purchase Service allows TCS Global to purchase products on your behalf, then receive and ship the products to you.

11. What are the benefits of using the Proxy Purchase Service?

You can easily purchase products from overseas without having to handle the entire purchasing process yourself. TCS Global supports you from purchasing → receiving → shipping → delivery.

13. Can I cancel my order after making a deposit/payment?

Once TCS Global has purchased the product, cancellation or refunds will depend on the seller's policy and the status of the order.

14. What should I do if the product is defective?

Please contact TCS Global as soon as you discover the issue and provide photos/videos of the product. TCS Global will assist with contacting the seller whenever possible.

15. Does TCS Global inspect the products?

Yes. TCS Global checks the external condition, quantity, and basic product information before the package is shipped.

16. Do I have to pay import taxes or additional fees?

Depending on the type of product, additional fees may apply, such as electronic item surcharges, high-value item surcharges, and other applicable fees. TCS Global will inform you of any applicable additional fees when providing the quote.

17. What items are prohibited or restricted?

TCS Global reserves the right to refuse products that are prohibited or restricted by applicable laws, customs regulations, or shipping carriers.
