Provinces need extra time for the final delivery leg inside Vietnam, especially farther from the cities. If you ship from another state using an online label, also allow time for the label to be issued and for the box to travel within the US before it starts its journey.

The gap between flights is never more than two days, so whichever day you send, the next departure is close. Peak season before Tết
The weeks before Lunar New Year are the busiest of the year. Tết 2027 falls on Saturday, February 6, 2027, so with 5–14 days in transit plus the rush, aim to ship by early-to-mid January and ask us about the last flight before Tết. See our Tết 2027 shipping guide.
Address and phone number
A missing ward, the wrong province or an unreachable phone number can all slow the last mile. You can still update recipient details after shipping, as long as the package has not cleared customs, so contact us quickly.
Shipping from another state
For label shipments, the clock effectively starts once you have the label. Create your label request early, enter accurate weights and dimensions, and send the box as soon as it's printed.
Tips to get it there sooner
- Write the full address and a working phone number for the recipient.
- Ask the recipient to keep their phone on around the expected delivery date.
- Pack it right the first time with our packing guide.
- Ask before sending batteries, sprays, large amounts of liquid, medicines, perfume or high-value electronics.
- Send Tết gifts early.
- Share the tracking number with the recipient as soon as you have the receipt.
How to track your package
The tracking number is at the top right of your shipping receipt. Open the tracking tool on our homepage, choose "Package status" and enter it. If you ordered something online and had it delivered to our warehouse, the "Warehouse receipt" tab confirms arrival using the carrier's tracking number. Past the estimated window with no update? Which day of the week is fastest to send?
Flights leave Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, never more than two days apart, so the difference is small. If it's urgent, ask us for the drop-off time that makes the next flight.
Why do provinces take longer than Saigon?
The final domestic delivery leg adds time, so provinces are estimated at 10–14 days instead of 5–10.
