To ship packages from the US to Vietnam with TCS Global, you have two options: drop your box off at our warehouse in Westminster, California (Little Saigon), or, if you live in another state, create a shipping label online and send the box in. TCS flies four times a week and delivers door to door anywhere in Vietnam, with an estimated 5–10 days to Ho Chi Minh City and 10–14 days to other provinces.

How to ship packages from the US to Vietnam in 6 steps
- Get the recipient's details right: full name, a working phone number and a complete address down to ward and province.
- Pack it well: a sturdy carton, no empty space inside, tape on the top and bottom seams.
- Estimate the cost: enter the weight and province in the calculator on our ship-to-Vietnam service page.
- Send it: drop it off in Westminster, or create an online label and ship it in.
- Keep your receipt and pay: the tracking number is printed at the top right of the shipping receipt.
- Track until delivery: check the package status on our website until it reaches the door.
Option 1: Drop off at our Westminster warehouse
If you live in Southern California, the simplest route is to bring your box to the TCS Global office and warehouse at 15131 Weststate St, Suite B, Westminster, CA 92683, in the heart of Little Saigon. Our team speaks Vietnamese and English, so older relatives can drop off on their own.
Call (714) 379-8787 or message us on Zalo at (949) 979-6888 before you come to confirm drop-off hours, and to ask about anything unusual in the box. Bring the recipient's details written out clearly, a rough list of contents (with an estimated value if you want insurance), and a box that is already packed and taped.
Your shipping receipt shows the tracking number in the top-right corner; send a photo of it to the recipient.
Option 2: Live in another state? Create a label online
You don't need to be near Westminster. Use our online shipping label service:
- Sign in (or create a free account) and open "Create shipping label".
- Choose "Deliver in Vietnam" (or "Ship within the US" for a US recipient).
- Enter the sender, the recipient and each package: weight in lb or kg, dimensions in inches or cm.
- TCS adds a tracking code and a label file for each package and emails you when the label is ready.
- Print the label, stick it on the box and send it.

Flight days and delivery times
TCS has four flights a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, so boxes don't sit around waiting for the next departure.

How shipping costs work
The cost depends mainly on weight in pounds and the destination province. The free estimator on the ship-to-Vietnam page (also on the homepage) asks you to pick Vietnam and a province, enter the weight in lb, and optionally a declared value for cargo insurance, which is 5% of that value. Click "Estimate Shipping Cost" to see the result.
Estimates do not include special customs surcharges (for example perfume or cosmetics) or oversized items, and some goods such as electronics or high-value items may carry a surcharge that TCS lists in your quote. Paying for shipping
- In the US: Zelle, Venmo or wire transfer to TCS Global.
- In Vietnam: credit card on the TCS Global website under "Payment Shipping", after signing in.
Tracking your package
Open the tracking tool on our homepage, choose "Package status" and enter the tracking number. Two other tabs help too: "Warehouse receipt" confirms whether a box you ordered online (from Amazon, for example) has arrived at our warehouse, using the carrier's tracking number, and "Order tracking" covers orders from our online store. Need to change the recipient? That is possible after shipping, as long as the package has not cleared customs. Contact us quickly with the tracking number.
Packing basics
- Use a strong, undamaged carton; heavy items at the bottom, light ones on top.
- Fill every gap so nothing shifts.
- Tighten caps on lotions and mouthwash, bag each bottle and keep them upright.
- Tape the top and bottom in an H pattern, and cover old labels on reused boxes.

Restricted items: ask first
