Nature's Bounty Probiotic 10 is described as one capsule daily to help maintain digestive balance and support immune health. trunature, Costco's supplement brand, offers the 100-count Advanced Digestive formula and trunature Women's Daily Probiotic, which the label says helps support vaginal, digestive and immune health and is free of dairy, gelatin, gluten, soy and titanium dioxide.
