You pack your own boxes, enter the sender, recipient and each package; TCS issues a tracking code and label file for every box and emails you when they are ready; you print the labels, stick them on and send the boxes to our warehouse. Here is the full walkthrough, plus packing tips and common mistakes to avoid.
When does an online shipping label make sense?
Our office and warehouse are at 15131 Weststate St, Suite B, Westminster, CA 92683, in Little Saigon. If you live nearby, just drop your box off. An online label is the better option when:
- You live in another state, such as Texas, Washington or Georgia.
- You are in California but too far from Westminster to come in.
- You are packing several boxes and want a separate label and tracking number for each.
- You need to ship a package to another address within the US.
What to have ready
- A TCS account: create one for free if you do not have one yet.
- Sealed boxes: seal first, then weigh and measure.
- Weight of each box: in pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg).
- Dimensions of each box: length × width × height in inches (in) or centimeters (cm).
- Full recipient details: name, phone number and complete address, including province/city and ward.
- A printer for the labels.
Step-by-step: creating your label
The form has four parts: Sender, Receiver, Packages and Review.
1. Sign in and open "Shipping labels"
Sign in, open "Shipping labels" and start a new request. Our shipping label service page also links straight to the form.
2. Enter the sender
Fill in your name, phone and US address. Tick "Save this sender address for next time" so future requests take seconds.
3. Choose the destination and enter the receiver
You will be asked "Where are you shipping to?" with two options: Ship to Vietnam or U.S. Domestic Shipping. For Vietnam, pick the province/city and ward from the list, then type the street address. Tick "Save this receiver address for next time" if you send to the same person often. Saved receiver addresses can also be reused at store checkout and in proxy purchase requests.
4. Add each package
Choose the weight unit (lb or kg) and dimension unit (in or cm), then enter weight, length, width and height. Values are converted to pounds and inches automatically, while your original entries are kept for display. Click "Add package" for each extra box. Every package has its own note field, and there is a general "Note for TCS" for the whole request.
5. Review and submit
Check everything and click "Submit request". The request shows as Pending confirmation under "My requests".
6. Get the label email
TCS adds a tracking code and label file to each package. Once every package has both, the status changes to Labels ready and you receive an email with the tracking codes and a download link for each label. You can also download them from the request page in your account.
7. Print, stick and send
Print each label and attach it to the matching box, then send the boxes to the TCS warehouse. If you are unsure where to send or drop off your boxes, call us before you go. From there, follow each package with the tracking tool on our homepage.
Golden rule: one box, one label, one tracking code. Number your boxes (Box 1, Box 2…) before printing so labels never end up on the wrong box.
Editing or cancelling a request
- Edit while the request is still pending and no package has a tracking code or label yet.
- After labels are issued, contact TCS for changes.
- Cancel only while the request is pending; you will get a confirmation email.
TCS may also update weights and dimensions to the actual measurements, so accurate numbers mean fewer adjustments.
Shipping within the US
Choose U.S. Domestic Shipping at the destination step, enter a US recipient and follow the same steps. Handy for sending gifts to relatives in other states while keeping all your packages in one account.

Packing tips
- Use a sturdy carton; remove or cover old labels and barcodes on reused boxes.
- Measure the outside of the box and round up to the nearest whole number.
- Weigh after sealing; tape and padding count.
- Bag liquids and wedge fragile items tightly.
- Put a sheet with the recipient's details inside the box, in case the outer label gets scuffed.
- Stick the label flat on the largest side, not across edges or tape seams.

Yes. Create a label request with "Ship to Vietnam" and we will send the label to your email and account.
Can one request cover several boxes?
Yes. Click "Add package" for each box; every box gets its own tracking code and label.
What if I entered the wrong weight?
Edit it under "My requests" while the request is pending and no label has been issued. After that, contact TCS.
How long does delivery in Vietnam take?
We fly four times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). After departure, packages typically reach Saigon in 5–10 days and other provinces in 10–14 days, depending on the season.
