The 7-step proxy shopping process
- Send your request: product links, quantity, size, color and notes. With an account you can submit a proxy purchase request online: add one row per product (link, price in USD, quantity, note), review the estimated total, choose a delivery address in Vietnam and submit. No payment is needed at this point.
- Get a quote: TCS checks the items and sends a full quote. The final amount can differ from your estimate because US prices change.
- Confirm and pay as instructed by TCS.
- We buy it: TCS places the order and follows it until it reaches our warehouse.
- Approve the photos: TCS sends photos of your items to check and confirm.
- Pay shipping: you receive the shipping receipt and pay the fee to Vietnam.
- Shipped home: items are packed and delivered door to door, each package with its own tracking number you can follow with our tracking tool.

Inspection and photo approval
When your items arrive, TCS checks outer condition, quantity and basic details such as product name and variant, then sends photos. This is where short shipments, wrong colors or badly crushed boxes get caught. If a detail matters to you, like the expiry date on a supplement box, note it in your request and ask. Reply promptly: items are packed only after you confirm.
Cancellations and defective items
- Before TCS confirms: an online request can be cancelled from your account while it is still pending.
- After purchase: cancellation or refund depends on the seller's policy and the order status, so double-check size, color and quantity before you approve the quote.
- Defects: contact TCS with photos or video and we will work with the seller as far as possible.

Shopping tips by store
Costco and Kirkland Signature
Kirkland Signature is Costco's own brand, known for large packs of vitamins and pantry staples, such as Kirkland Signature Glucosamine and Chondroitin or Kirkland Signature Pecan Halves. Give the full name and pack size, include the item number if shown, and remember Costco is membership-based with some items sold only in the warehouse, so ask TCS first. Costco packs are big and heavy, so factor in shipping weight.
Sam's Club and Member's Mark
Member's Mark is Sam's Club's own brand, for example Member's Mark Omega 3-6-9, 300 softgels. Same advice: exact link, exact pack size, and ask about in-club-only items.
Amazon
Prefer listings sold by Amazon or by the brand's official store, and check the seller name. Select the right variant before copying the link, write it in your note, and make sure the seller ships to California.
Brand websites
Official sites often carry the newest items and their own sales. For clothing and shoes, give US sizes and check the brand's size chart. Know of a promo code?
